Feeding Guide

Our Balanced Meals are intended to be fed as a complete diet, so there's no need to add any additional food to their bowl.

Thaw product in the fridge overnight for feeding the next day. Discard any food left in your pet's bowl after one day. Wash your pet's bowl thoroughly after each meal. Make sure your pet has fresh water available at all times.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are packed and delivered in recyclable cardboard boxes with insulated wool liners. Gel ice packs are used to maintain product temperature.

All orders are shipped overnight with NZ Couriers Monday-Thursday. On delivery, please place your order in your freezer or fridge for feeding. If any product has slightly thawed on arrival, it is safe to place immediately in your freezer.
