We use NZ Couriers for overnight shipping.  We deliver to any residential or Business address throughout the North or South Island.

My Raw Pet is currently shipping to the following regions:

• South Island: Urban addresses only:  NO PO Boxes and NO RURAL DELIVERY.

We ship in sustainable packaging - cardboard boxes with wool liners and gel ice packs.  

While we endeavour to keep your food as frozen as possible during delivery, especially in the warmer months, it’s completely normal for it to arrive slightly thawed . It is perfectly safe to place it straight into the freezer or refrigerate for use within a few days. Rest assured, our packaging is designed to maintain freshness and safety throughout transit.
