Flexible subscriptions

Choose from weekly or fortnightly deliveries based on your dog’s size and needs. Want to switch things up? You can easily change, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime – just make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due.

Overnight shipping

Your order will be delivered overnight, frozen fresh. Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday, with a 12pm cut-off for same-day dispatch.

We use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging as much as possible. Our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard, with wool lining and gel ice-packs to keep your dog’s dinner nice and cold. We love our pets, and we love our planet, too.

To avoid any tummy upsets, it’s best to gradually introduce the raw diet over 7 to 10 days. Start by mixing a small portion of My Raw Pet meals with your pet’s current food and increase the amount each day. They’re going to love it!
A weekly subscription will keep your pet fed for one week, and a fortnightly subscription will last for two weeks. For long-term storage, our meals can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months and maintain their freshness
We suggest choosing based on their activity level. For active dogs, opt for the next size up. For less active dogs, select the smaller pack. Monitor their weight and body condition over the next couple of weeks. If they lose weight, move up a size. If they gain weight, move down.
Our meal packs are designed to provide the full daily calorie needs for a 100% raw diet. Feeding kibble or other treats alongside our meals may lead to overfeeding. If you’re unsure, please reach out to our nutrition consultant for personalised guidance
Always check the ingredients of our meal packs. We’re also working on single-source and novel protein packs, perfect for pets with allergies. Keep an eye out for these options coming soon!
We recommend defrosting the meals overnight in the fridge for easier feeding. However, if needed, you can feed them frozen, as long as your dog chews properly and you supervise mealtime.
For Small Dogs (10-25kg): Defrost meals by transferring them from the freezer to the fridge the night before. Each pouch contains two meals, ideal for twice-daily feeding. If your dog eats only once a day, serve the whole pouch at one time.
For Large Dogs (30kg+): Larger dogs get the same meals as smaller dogs, but bigger portions! You can either freeze meals as they are or pre-portion them using the instructions in your box for easy feeding.
If your dog doesn’t finish their meal, store leftovers in the fridge or discard them by the end of the day. Fresh drinking water should always be available during meals.
Remember to wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw meat to avoid cross-contamination.

Our current meals are formulated for adult dogs, and may not meet the specific nutritional needs of growing puppies. As puppies require optimal nutrition for proper growth, we recommend waiting until your dog reaches adulthood before switching to our meal kits. Keep an eye out for puppy-friendly options coming in the future!
