Feeding Guide

Feed in conjunction with a balanced diet.  

Always supervise your dog when eating bones.

Thaw product in the fridge overnight for feeding the next day.  Discard any food left in your pets bowl after one day.  Wash your pets bowl thoroughly after each meal.  Make sure your pet has fresh water available at all times.

Delivery and Shipping

All products are vacuum packed to maintain freshness.

Orders are packed and delivered in recyclable cardboard boxes with insulated wool liners. Gel ice packs are used to maintain product temperature.

All orders are shipped overnight with NZ couriers Monday - Thursday.   On delivery, please place your order in your freezer or fridge for feeding.  If any product has slightly thawed on arrival, it is safe to place immediately in your freezer.  If you have any concerns about the quality of your product please e-mail hello@myrawpet within 12 hours of receiving your order.
