Feeding Guide

Feed in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Always supervise your pet when eating bones.

Thaw product in the fridge overnight for feeding the next day. Discard any food left in your pets bowl after one day. Wash your bowl thoroughly after each meal. Make sure your pet has fresh water available at all times.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are packed and delivered in recyclable cardboard boxes insulated with wool liners. Gel ice packs are used to maintain product temperature.

All orders are shipped overnight with NZ Couriers Monday-Thursday.

On delivery, please place your order into your freezer or your fridge for feeding. If any product has slightly thawed on arrival, it is safe to place immediately into your freezer.
